Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. CRO Store curates limited-quantity, made-with-care pieces. Once an order ships, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong size, or fit preference. Please review the size guide and product photography carefully before purchase, and contact us at salescrostore@gmail.com if you have any pre-purchase questions.

Pre-shipment cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by emailing salescrostore@gmail.com with your order number. After this window, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Limited exceptions (refunds we DO process)

We honor refund requests in the following situations only, in line with TikTok Shop policy and applicable consumer protection law:

  • Item not received within 30 days of order date and tracking confirms non-delivery
  • Item arrived damaged in transit (must include photos within 7 days of delivery)
  • Item is materially defective upon arrival (e.g., torn seam, broken zipper not from wear)
  • Wrong item shipped (we sent something different from what you ordered)

How to file a refund request

Email salescrostore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and any damage
  • Brief description of the issue

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Items that are always final sale (no exceptions for change-of-mind)

  • Swimwear and bikinis (hygiene reasons)
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 25% or more
  • Items won via TikTok Shop Live Auctions
  • Sale and clearance items marked Final Sale

For all final-sale items, the limited exceptions above (damage, defect, wrong item, not received) still apply per TikTok Shop policy and applicable law.

TikTok Shop orders

If you purchased through TikTok Shop, refund requests are processed through the TikTok Shop platform per their buyer protection policy. CRO Store honors all approved TikTok Shop refunds.
