Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Below the $75 threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination - typically $4.99 to $8.99 for domestic standard delivery.
Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) and Express shipping (1 business day) are available at checkout for additional fees calculated by carrier rates.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii (51 states). International shipping is not currently offered.
TikTok Shop orders
TikTok Shop orders use TikTok Shipping (carriers FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Eco, UPS Ground Saver, and others as automatically selected). Shipping fees are calculated by TikTok at checkout based on weight and destination.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours of shipment. Tracking is also available in your CRO Store account.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. CRO Store is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. If you notice an address error, email salescrostore@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, please email salescrostore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for our handling procedure.
Order modifications
Orders may be modified within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled.
